3:00 PM - 3:30 - Arrival of guests

There is plenty of parking at the venue.
4:00 PM - Ceremony
All invited guests are welcome to attend the ceremony. If you got an invite, get your butt in a seat before 4:00pm.
Please use your best judgement when deciding whether or not to have your kiddos attend the ceremony. There will be adult language. We want to have a memorable ceremony with as few distractions as possible. We love your kids, but we love each other more 😊. We will have a trusted babysitter available for the ceremony. There is a private dirt trail behind the venue that will be a great place for kids to run around and play.
5:00 PM - Cocktail hour
Meet some new people while we get some photos taken. We only invited people we love, so you will be in good company. Enjoy a few drinks while we get some photos taken.
6:00 PM - Dinner
Dinner will be provided for all guests, including a plant based option.
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Wedding festivities and shenanigans
Outdoor games, indoor games, and dancing.
10:00 PM - Clean up and say goodbye
Please help clean up if you can.

Weather ☔️

Moab weather is a little unpredictable in April. Prepare for ~60° temps and a chance of rain. We will be outside for a significant amount of time, so bring a jacket and an umbrella if you have one.

Weather for the wedding day

Clothing 👗

Dressy casual is the vibe. So no jeans, but no tuxes either. Wear something you can look nice in while playing outdoor games.
The wedding will be outside on mostly uneven ground. It will be chilly. Please dress accordingly.

Facilities 🚻

There are bathrooms with flushable toilets and running water. Bathrooms are small, so please don't plan on getting ready in the bathroom.

Limited cell phone service is available at the venue. You can drive a few minutes down the road to get service if you need to. A designated person on the day of will have connectivity in the event of an emergency. We will notify guests of the contact number closer to the wedding.

Hotels 🏨

We got quotes, and they are all over $250/night. We recommend finding a spot that works for you and booking it as soon as possible. There are still a bunch of Airbnbs available in the area. You can also consider camping (see section below).

Camping ⛺️

A number of people are planning on camping the night of the wedding. We'll go down early in the week and set up our trailer to nab a spot for camping. If you are camping, please let us know so we can make sure to get a big enough spot.
